Situated in the heart of theatreland, Brasserie Max is a popular venue
for pre and post theatre diners.Recently enlarged for a lighter, airier
atmosphere, a private meeting/dining room has been added. Peering directly,
on one side, into the lobby of the Covent Garden Hotel, Brasserie Max
offers excellent Modern British/fusion cuisine and a wide selection of
